The college was opened in due form at 2:00 by Grand Governor Richard Bowersox.

The first activity was to welcome new members with the Knight of York initiation ritual:

Grand Governor Bowersox began by making some introductions: David Dryer as a Regent for the York Rite Sovereign College of North America and as North Central Department Commander for the Grand Encampment Knights Templar USA. Rick McCampbell as the Grand Organist for the York Rite Sovereign College of North America and Grand Organist for General Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons International. Steven Libby as Prior of the HRAKTP Jason Wolcott as Deputy Grand Governor for Iowa York Rite Colleges Also that Bryce Hildreth would be installed as General Grand Governor for the York Rite Sovereign College of North America at the August 3rd meeting in Louisville.

The Minutes from the December meeting were approved after a small change. The treasurer's report was given by Bill Paisley.

The officer were elected by acclamation.

David Dryer moved to give $200.00 to the Scottish Rite for use of the building, and also to give the usual donations to the charities. It passed. ($100 each to RARA, CMMRF, KTEF, and YRSC Charity Fund and $50.00 each to DeMolay and Rainbow--per 2023 minutes)

Secretary McCampbell gave a brief explanation of Spencer Award points

The officers were installed, and the meeting was closed by the new governor, Fred Erickson, at 4:15.
