After the installation Grand Governor Wade Sheeler spoke:
- He spoke first about the passing of two very esteemed past governors, Burdette Bryngleson and George Harris, who had been YR leaders since most of those present could remember.
- We then went down a floor because lunch was ready.
- Governor Sheeler addressed the new knights with an explanation of our purpose, the honor of being the college with the most members, and the honor of having won the Spencer Award four times
Governor Sheeler then began introducing Gold Award winners while we began our meal (see below) several were present, and a few pins and certificates were given to knights close to the receipients.
- Governor Sheeler then introduced several knights who were heads of Masonic organizations

- The minutes of the last meeting had been printed, so they were not read.
- The treasurer was not present, but his report will be added to these minutes.
- Secretary McCampbell moved to pay the Scottish Rite $250 for use of the building. The motion was seconded and passed.
- Secretary McCampbell pointed out that postage rates were about to rise, and he had bought 600 stamps ahead of that rise.
- Secretary McCampbell then presented a bill for expenses, which inclued the stamps, Avery business cards for dues cards, 500 emvelopes, inkjet ink, and two reams of paper. Secretary McCampbell had also put his own check in with the Gold Award applications. He moved to pay the bills which added up to $655.47. It was seconded and passed.
- The meeting was declared adjourned by Governor Monte Harris
