- After the installation Grand Governor Bowersox invited Deputy Grand Governor Jason Wolcott to report on the Sovereign College meeting in Providence, Rhode Island.
- DGG Wolcott reported that Governor Bowersox had also been appointed as Grand Governor of Iowa.
- DGG Wolcott also reported that the Order of the Purple Cross had been conferred on Carl Van Der Kamp and Gary Shaulis.
- It was also reported that Iowa York Rite College's Secretary, Rick McCampbell, had been appointed as Grand Organist for the Sovereign College and served as such at the sessions in Providence.

- Grand Governor Bowersox expressed greetings from Grand Governor General Bill Riggs
- GG Bowersox then thanked Wade Sheeler for his service as Deputy Grand Governor and Grand Governor
- GG Bowersox also thanked DGG Wolcott for his report and continuing service.

- The minutes of the last meeting had been printed by Secretary McCampbell, so they were not read.
- Secretary McCampbell moved to pay the Scottish Rite for use of the building. The motion was seconded by Knight John Klaus. It passed.
- Sec McCampbell spoke about the experience of being on the ritual committee for the conferrance of the Order of the Purple Cross

- GG Bowersox introduced Grand Commander Nate Renner, Grand Master of the Royal and Select Masters Jason Delzel, and KYCH Pryor Shane Harshbarger
- Rick McCampbell was also recognized as the newly appointed Grand Organist for the General Grand Council of Royal Arch Masons Internatioanl.
- The meeting was declared adjourned by Grand Governor Bowersox
