The college was opened in due form at 10:00 a.m. by Grand Governor Wade Sheeler. The first activity was to welcome two new members with the Knight of York initiation ritual:

The printed minutes from May and the Treasurer's report from Treasurer Paisley were approved. Knight John Klaus moved to give donations as we did the previous year. It passed.
Andy Oxley was presented with the Distinguished Service Award GG Sheeler called for volunteers to place wreaths on veterans graves. The one near Des Moins is near Van Meter, and will begin at 11:00 December 17th. Knight Shane Harshbarger announced that we are planning to hold a Super Excellent Master Degree February 18th. The next meeting is set for 10:00 May 6th with an associate regents meeting at 9:30 Secretary McCampbell moved to give the Scottish Rite $150.00 for use of the building. It passed.
