Minutes from Fall Meeting December 4th, 2021
The college was opened in due form at 10:00 a.m. by Governor Brian Truex.
The first activity was to welcome six new members with the Knight of York initiation ritual:

Governor Truex introduced Grand Governor Sheeler, who spoke on several topics.
- He began with an educational moment about the Grand Lodge of York
- Introduced Deputy Grand Governor Jason Wolcott
- He gave a brief history of the York Rite College
- Spoke about #37 being the largest college of nearly 200, with 227 members after the initiation
- He gave greetings from Governor General W. Berry Rigdon
- He spoke of Iowa's honor of having two regents (national officers) David Dryer, who is a past Grand Governor, and Bryce Hildreth, who is Chancellor General of the Sovereign College
- He presented Paul Anderson with his Order of the Purple Cross Jewel, and said that Don Mosier's medal had been mailed to him.
- He congratulated Gary Shallus on his Service Award
- He introduced Burdette Bryngelson, who is the General Grand Treasurer for the General Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons International
There was a motion by Secretary McCampbell to waive the reading of the printed minutes. It passed.
Treasurer Paisley gave a brief report and moved to pay bills. It passed.
A motion was made by Deputy Governor Harris to give $100.00 each to RARA, CMMRF, the Cryptic Masons' Eye foundation, and the York Rite College Charity Fund. It passed.
A motion was made by Kevin Smith to give $150.00 to the Des Moines Scottish Rite for use of the building, and $50.00 each to DeMolay and Rainbow. It passed.
Secretary McCampbell read a letter from Grand High Priest of the Royal Arch Masons of Iowa, Jason Delzel.
The college closed in form at 12:10 p.m.
