After a declaration had been made by Governor General Blaine Simons to allow electronic votes because of the Corona Virus, a motion had been made by Preceptor General David Dryer to have an electronic vote for the following officers:
     Governor: Matthew Risberg
     Deputy Governor: Brian Truex
     Chancellor: Monte Harris
     Treasurer: William Paisley
     Secretary: Rick McCampbell
The motion was seconded by Deputy Governor Sheeler. It passed unanimously with the voters shown at the bottom.

The following officers were appointed by Governor-elect Risberg

     Secretary: Preceptor: Frederick Erickson
     Secretary: Seneschal: Bryan Ahrens
     Secretary: Marshal: Ryan Reid

A motion had been made by Deputy Governor Sheeler to have an electronic vote for the following contributions:
      $75.00 to Royal Arch Research Assistance
      $75.00 to Cryptic Mason's Medical Research Foundation
      $75.00 to Knights Templar Eye Foundation
      $100.00 to the York Rite Sovereign College Charitable Fund
The motion was seconded by Secretary McCampbell. It passed unanimously with the voters shown at the bottom.

A Governor's decree was made to Secretary McCampbell by phone that the minutes show that Treasurer William Paisley and Secretary Rick McCampbell have rights to sign as signatories of the YRC#37 USBank account. Secretary McCampbell assured Governor Christians that he did not want a checkbook. He wanted to be able to check on deposits he had left in the bank's night depository slot. The nearest USBank was forty-five minutes from home, and he is usually at the Des Moines banks on Saturdays.

Preceptor General Dryer installed Preeminent Governor Risberg 5/7/2020 at PG Dryer's home, and Governor Risberg then declared the other officers installed.
